Plan Partcipants (new)
Retirement Plan Participants
Plan participants are at the heart of what we do. With defined benefit pension plans largely being a thing of the past, the burden of providing for income in retirement rests squarely with the individual. We often refer to it as a "retirement bill." Each of us has one, mounting over the course of our lifetime. The problem is that this "bill" hasn't historically been calculated and explained to participants. Instead, participants have been over-run by investment jargon. So much so, that they just tuned it out, along with participation in their plans. RBP is a leader in changing this.
Through a mix of plan investment options, technology, and straight talk, we help participants use their retirement plan as the tool it was meant to be. One that helps calculate their bill, and create a clear path towards paying it over time. Through the many one-on-one meetings we have had over the years, both in person and virtually, we understand that many participants just want to have a simple conversation. With questions about a variety of financial concerns, they're seeking honest guidance, in plain English. We value the relationships we develop with plan participants, and appreciate the faith you put in us to help along your journey.
